A little more about me

I thrive being part of a team and most would say my role on the team would be as a motivator.

I am very data driven, from being an educator to instructional designer to UX researcher I have used data collection regularly to assist with instructional development, design, and implementation to not only increase user understanding but improve user behavior as well.

I love pushing myself while working out and being able to practice my mantra of "Start strong, finish stronger!"

I am a total kitchen "nerd" and enjoy baking and trying new recipes.

I enjoy the challenge of any game whether its a board game or console as a way to foster my competitive nature and drive.
